Please note that at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of our fulfillment process and our partnership with international suppliers.

Since we ship directly from our suppliers to reduce costs and offer competitive pricing, we are unable to process returns for items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

As a new startup business, we are working hard to streamline operations and improve our services. We appreciate your support and understanding as we grow!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly work with our supplier to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please understand that the following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Orders with incorrect size selection by the customer
